Monitor and analyze the performance of our AI Employees
Understand data, business processes, and client expectations, and create clear documentation
Perform prompt engineering — write, edit, and optimize prompts aligned with business requirements
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive growth and technology improvements
Support smooth onboarding, deployment, and ongoing performance of AI Employees
Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
Strong analytical skills with good data interpretation, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude
Basic understanding of Excel and SQL
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand both technical and business perspectives
Multilingual abilities (Good to Have)
Exposure to AI, automation, or prompt engineering (Good to Have)
Open to 3rd-year and final-year college students (Engineering, MBA, Mathematics, Statistics)
