Indria Private Limited ("Relatim," "we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for automotive businesses, along with demos and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from:

• Authenticated dealership users: employees, managers, owners, and other authorized personnel who log in to Relatim; and
• Unauthenticated visitors: anyone who browses our website or tries our public demos without creating an account.

By accessing or using Relatim, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Business Identifiers: name, email, phone number, dealership details, role, login credentials.
• Business Data: dealership inventory, pricing, workflows, and customer records imported into Relatim.
• Usage Data: in-app activity, feature usage, support requests, log files.
• Demo Data: name, email, and any inputs you provide in demo interactions.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device details, cookies, analytics IDs.
• Audio & Communication Data: call recordings, transcripts, chat or message content (if applicable).

• Provide & Improve Services: authenticate users, power AI responses, automate workflows, and enhance product features.

All data is retained until deleted by the customer, or as long as business requirements dictate, unless law requires otherwise.

Verified deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

• Request deletion of call recordings, transcripts, or demo data

No system is 100% secure, but we maintain safeguards to protect your information.

Relatim's primary infrastructure and data storage are in India, but data may be transferred globally to trusted service providers and AI partners for processing.

We do not intentionally market to or collect data from individuals under 13 years of age.
